I think I got a resolution through a live chat. I threatened to file a police report alleging fraud by the company unless I received a refund. I was assured that a refund would be issued.
Bad pay for a product and could not get help would refer people to use ancestry instead lllll!!! Thats it
They make it nearly impossible to reach anyone on the net,phone or email. I still haven't gotten anywhere and want my money back!
No way to contact a live person by phone is totally unsatisfactory. Stuck in endless loop on their FAQ page.
