MyHeritage just took 193 CHF from card, I didnt want to have any subscriptions, nothing. I would like that u call me or send me email where I can talk with Myheritage Support.

Since when subscription gonna be continued without asking a client about this?

Since when u taking money for subscriptions when I didnt paid it with my Face ID ? I would like that u give me my money back, bc I wasnt needed any prime subscriptions or whatever.

I am very disappointed. I want to cancel the subscription and refund for dna test. Nobody jelp me with my problem

Poor communication and very complicated for elderly people.

I feel that the communication is complicated and the information not well defined.
A phone number to reach the company and an easy way to cancel or delete a family genealogical tree should be easy to be found.
Dealing with myheritage is a nightmare!

Good at no customer service only collecting a database

Accidentally ordered paid for 3 DNA kit's and system has no help for the question to be helped. Great time wasters, would not help after 2 days still no answer nor find a phone number or email address that you can get an answer.

Want a refund wanted to stop 2 kits stopped before sent.
No customer service no way to contact the customer service so zero way to help a problem outside the list of scope. Not happy

Got a refund on 1 of the services. Still haven’t had the second one resolved. Got in touch with PayPal and is now in their hands. A frightening and anxious time for me. Multiple, multiple requests sent.
The automated response didn’t answer my queries and the was no spot the write what you actually wanted to ask.
Like everything. It needs real humans responding also a phone number where you can talk to a person and get a quick response.
Would never do it this way again.

I didn't create the account. I was actually charged initially in Mar or April of last year but have some health issues, so I don't always see every single email. I caught the this year and called PayPal to dispute it. They said there would be resolution after 10 days. Nothing happened. Myheritage called me and agreed I had no knowledge of the account and would refund me in 2 days. 9 days past and I sent another email to support telling them that MyHeritage called me and made empty promises. The next day, I received an email confirmation that they would refund the last subscription charge. I will have to check PayPal credit to ensure they did issue the refund.
