Please refund my money. I didn't know the cost was maybe a quarter of this charge price.
I used it once on the day they installed it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I responded to every myheritage ad I could find on social media.
I asked to have someone from customer service to call me ASAP. I received a response from an Instagram ad.
We cannot get a hold of customer service. Their phone numbers have recordings to use their website and the Website doesn't work!

I never spoke to anyone and got disconnected. This company is a SCAM.
I have been trying to resolve the issue since January 2025, with NO help. Just an ongoing run around.

User's recommendation: The website is not easy to navigate. There are no clear way to get customer service. If you are a senior like me,you have to persist. I was lucky to have stumbled onto PissedConsumer. A communication from them got a speedy answer from My Heritage. Thank you, PissedConsumer!

The company is located in Israel using non-european non-empathic inhumane disgusting agressive methods to steal money from us.
A early subscription is only possible to a IMHUMANE price.
Then they contact us, letting us know that we can get a special offer (using persuasive methods) so we feel special. Only to give a worse offer a +350$
They have lost it!
And shouldn't be able to run a business.
Myheritage DO NOT reply with your robotic auto-generated answer. You should be ashamed of your self.

We did not want to renew for another year of MyHeritage. We can't get a hold of customer service through phone, text, or email.
So we now have a charge of $129.00 from MyHeritage being taken from our checking account.
And right now was not a good time for this to happen. We want to get a hold of them and solve this problem.

Issues with dna
DNA is no longer on my account and there is no way to contact a human to speak with. Very frustrating as I ordered ancestry and I have significantly different results
Disappointed and pissed!
There was no customer service. You have a number, but no response we have to go thru too much craziness
Cancel membership
I cancelled within the 7 day free trial and am now being charged. This is how they increase their membership.
